ABOUT ME
Creative Director since 2010, Bachelor in Advertising at Universidade de São Paulo (USP), Valéria Desideri has more than 20 years' experience developing marketing strategy, creating campaigns and content for companies such as MasterCard, P&G and AmBev.
Constantly seeking to promote innovative experiences, she attended the Master Class in Digital Communication at Hyper Island, Creative Leadership at Miami Ad School/ESPM and the Cannes Creative Leaders Program - Executive Education at the Berlin School of Creative Leadership, in addition to the MIT xPro's ‘Making Data-Driven Decisions’.
Besides being a jury member at festival awards, she has also taken part as a speaker in events and lectures on Digital Communication, Creativity, Brand Reputation and Leadership, including, for instance, the Red Bull Station talks.
Since 2012 as Creative and Planning Director, she has been leading the agency's team in projects for Mercedes-Benz, American Express, Oracle, Itaú, EY, Goodyear, Bayer, Roche, Novartis, Kroton, Globo, Ajinomoto, TABASCO and Calzedonia, among other brands.
