I've worn many hats at M&T, all working towards elevating design and customer-centricity, building and leading awesome teams, driving outcomes over outputs, and raising the bar in how we show up for our customers and employees.
Instrumental in building out UX organization from 2 to over 30, including dedicated Design Systems, Design Ops and User Research Teams.
Designed sites for Colleges/Universities as a Lead Designer in the eMarketing group at Datatel. Also functioned as Lead Information Architect on a number of projects. Duties include interviewing/presenting to stakeholders, performing various types of ethnography, persona development, wireframing, development of visual frameworks/comps and usability testing. Noteable clients include University of Bridgeport, Union County College, University of Wisconsin-Madison, Troy University and Carl Sandburg College.
Primary Visual Designer, User Experience lead and Information Architect for all web properties and projects within several sister companies. Performed ethnographic research, created flowcharts, designed wireframes and visual comps. Other activities include close collaboration with developers and stakeholders to define project requirements as well as to introduce new methodologies and technologies to the company. Also served as Online Marketing Lead for several months managing paid search, datafeeds, and email marketing efforts.
Designed brand sites, product demos and micro-sites for clients Fisher-Price and Mattel, Inc. Tasks included collaborating with online marketing teams, gathering of requirements, wireframing, visual design comps and functionality/interaction documentation. Also involved in the localization of the Fisher-Price website. Other clients included The Buffalo News, Wilson Greatbatch, The Benchmark Group, and LVD/Strippit.
