Oversaw localized image creation management of monthly schedule content ensuring digital assets elements fit guidelines. Led successful delivery of the assets for HBO Max imagery for General Entertainment content for series, movies, documentaries, specials, including all original production, and Live Events (Champions League, Super Cup, Brazileirão, Latin Grammy).
• Successfully delivered assets for HBO Max launch in 2021 (44,000 assets approximately), as well QC review for Warner Brothers content.
• Collaborated for Global Launch including European market working with Image Localization, Creative Services, Design Management, Editorial, and Product departments for EMEA, LATAM and US.
• Worked closely across departments (Scheduling, Digital Media Ops, Content Processing, Marketing, Editorial) providing status updates, resulting in a more streamlined process which improved overall workflow.
• Developed schedule and workload management for HBO Max Designers producing approximately 8,000 assets per month.
