Instructed drawing workshops held at the National Arts Club; guided groups of 10-12 students through the process of creating a classical portrait drawing from a live model; delivered engaging anatomy lectures; demonstrated classical portrait techniques using graphite and white chalk; helped students create finished portrait with 2-3 individual critiques.

Created and led a traveling excursion and workshop combining environmental studies with classical painting and drawing in the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Built website and marketing materials; developed curriculum; hired and trained co-instructors; coordinated with local B and B owners to host students; planned meals and activities; collected and managed funds; organized fundraising; developing a welcome packet and supply list, researched and implemented insurance policy and waivers for the event; discovered local advertising sponsors; distributed fliers and spoke to locals to promote the event.

Provided focused in-home Math and ELA/English tutoring for students from low-income neighborhoods and failing schools; addressed challenges in the home environment that were affecting student performance; improved comprehension; helped failing students meet goals and pass to the next grade.
